You can participate in a flow that you've created or been invited to. You can share comments, links, files, images, videos, messages, events or maps, or respond to items posted by other members of the Shareflow.
To add a comment or link, just click in the "add a comment or link" text field at the top of the Shareflow tab.

You can use the rich text toolbar to add formatting to your post.

If you type or paste a web link (url), Shareflow will automatically make that a link for others to click on. Shareflow can also recognize some types of links; for example, Shareflow will display a YouTube link as a video.
When you are finished, click the "post comment" button to add your comment to the current flow, or if you are in All flows view, select the flow you wish to post to from the "post comment to..." menu.
Replying to other people's comments (or even your own) in Shareflow is easy. Just click in the "add another comment" field below any comment you want to reply to.

To edit a comment that you made, click the arrow icon at the top right hand corner of your comment, and select "edit this" from the menu.

You'll be able to make changes and re-post your comment.

You cannot edit comments added to the flow by other members.
To delete a comment that you made, click the arrow icon at the top right hand corner of that comment, and select "delete this" from the menu. You'll be asked to confirm before your comment is deleted.

You cannot delete posts or comments added to the flow by other members.
You can either add a new file or an existing file from your files stored on Zenbe. Click the "files" tab at the top of the flow window to bring up the file browser.

Select the files you want to attach. When you are done, click "attach" to post your file(s) to the current flow.

Your selected document will be posted to the current flow, with a preview image. Other people with access to that flow will be able to view, save, and comment on your file.
Shareflow makes it easy to share an email with your fellow flow members.
Each flow has a unique email address that you can forward messages to. Once forwarded, the messages will be posted to the flow. To see a flow's email address, select any flow and click the "email" tab at the top of the flow window.

Or, you can use Shareflow to keep track of an email thread. Simply include the flow address in the "cc:" field for each email.
Shareflow will automatically post your email on your selected flow, with a preview of the few words of the message. To view the email in full, click the "read more..." link at the bottom-right of the post.

Posting events to Shareflow is a great way to keep flow members aware of group meetings and deadlines. To create an event with Shareflow, click the "event" tab at the top of the flow window. Fill in your event's information and click "post event".

You can map a location and share it on a flow. This is useful, for example, if you want to give your team directions to the location of an offsite meeting. Click the "map" tab at the top of the flow window, enter the location(s) you wish to map, and click "map address".

Shareflow will display your location on a map.
