What is Shareflow?

Shareflow lets you collaborate with your team or any group of people you select, using private message boards called "Flows".

A Flow lets you post ideas, comments, email, files, events, or anything else in your Zenbe account. In response, anyone in your Flow can add comments, email, files or anything else they want to share.

Anytime you find yourself forwarding emails or documents to your team, you may wish to consider using Shareflow instead. Flows are especially helpful when planning events, managing projects, and collaborating with colleagues or clients.

You can invite people to view and participate in your Flow. People you invite to join your Shareflow don't even need a Zenbe account—they can view the Flow as a webpage in their browser.

Shareflow lets you collaborate in a simple, private environment, where everyone can benefit from each other. With email or chat, ideas and information are easily lost. Shareflow makes it easy to keep those ideas where everyone can find and use them.
