How do I get all these mailing list (or Facebook/eBay/Amazon/etc) messages to skip my Inbox?

Zenbe makes it very easy to do this kind of thing. Hover over any sender's name in an email header, and you'll see a menu. Select "create rule," and select "skip Inbox" in the options that follow. You may also wish to add a tag while you're at it, to make those messages easier to find later.

You can also create rules from scratch from the Manage Mail panel. Click on the icon in the upper right of the Mail window, and then click "add a rule" under the "Rules" heading.

What does the Archive Button do?

If you want to get an item out of your Inbox, but want to be able to search for it later, then archive it. Archived items will stick around. Just search for them when you need them.

How do I organize my mail in folders?

Zenbe uses tags instead of folders, but the idea is very similar. Select an email in list view or open the email, and click the "tag" button. Tags can do everything a folder can do, but are simpler and more flexible.

What is a ZenPage, and what do I do with it?

A ZenPage helps you to organize and share email, files, events, lists, anything in your Zenbe account. You create a ZenPage, add modules to it, and then share the page with anyone with an email address. People you share with don't need a Zenbe account, they see a web page in their browser. Anyone you share with can add tasks, events, anything you want, that you and your other collaborators can see. ZenPages are especially helpful when planning events, collaborating with colleagues, sharing stuff with family.

How much storage space does my Zenbe account come with?

A standard Zenbe account comes with 4 GB for all your email, attachments, and files. More space is available with a Zenbe subscription, coming soon.

What are the different colored stars for?

You can use the pull-down menu next to a star to chose between three different colored stars, or un-star. Starred items will appear in the STARRED folder. The colors have no extra purpose or meaning other than what you assign them.
