What is Zenbe Lists?

Zenbe Lists is a simple todo list application that is available for the iPhone, iPod touch, and on the web.

iPhone and iPod touch users can sync their lists to the web after registering for a free account.

Anyone can share lists with friends, family or coworkers. Shared lists can be viewed and modified on the web or on the iPhone.

How do I get Zenbe Lists?

Creating and sharing lists on the web is free. Just create a Zenbe Lists account and login using your web browser to get started.

Zenbe Lists for the iPhone and iPod touch costs $2.99. It is available in the iTunes Store.

The iPhone app allows you to create and manage your lists even when you're not online. One-click syncing allows you to sync your changes to the web.

How do I sync my lists to the web?

Launch Zenbe Lists on your iPhone. Lists syncing will work on the Edge or 3G network, although we recommend that you have a wireless Internet connection for best results.

Click the 'sync' button in the lower left corner.

If you have not already set up a free Zenbe Lists account on the web, Zenbe Lists will open up the Safari mobile browser on your iPhone so you can create an account.

Once you've synced the lists on your iPhone, login to your your Zenbe Lists account to view them on the web.

How do I share my lists with other people?

From the iPhone App:

  1. Click on the list you want to share.
  2. Click the share button in the lower left corner.
  3. The Mail app will open. Enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
  4. Note: You must have an email account setup on your iPhone to use this feature.

From the web:

  1. Click the "share..." button in the bottom-right corner of the list.
  2. Click "email the link now" to have the default email program on your system open so you can send the link. Alternately, copy the link and send it to the person with whom you want to share.

How can I embed a list in a web page?

  1. Login to your Zenbe Lists Account on the web.
  2. Click the "share..." button in the lower-right corner of a list.
  3. Click the "create embeddable list..." button.
  4. Choose a skin and click the "get embed code" button.
  5. Copy the Javascript snippet and paste it in the <body> tag of a web page.

How do I add a list to my iGoogle page?

Follow the instructions for embedding a list into a web page, but choose the iGoogle option.

How do I transfer Zenbe Lists to a new iPhone?

  1. Sync your lists to the web from your current iPhone.
  2. Plug your iPhone into your computer and sync with iTunes. You can then restore the contents of your old iPhone when setting up the new one. See this Apple Knowledge Base article for details.

Once you do the restore on the new iPhone, Zenbe Lists and your data should be intact.

If you don't see Zenbe Lists after the restore, you can re-install it from iTunes. Apple will not charge you again if you've already bought it. Once installed on your new iPhone, click "sync" in Zenbe Lists and enter your account information to pull your lists from our servers.

I'm having trouble syncing. What can I do?

Please take the following steps to makes sure you can sync:

  1. Login to your account on the web to ensure your login is working properly.
  2. Make sure the iPhone app is using the correct login settings. You can check this by opening the iPhone "Settings" on the home screen and looking in "Zenbe" > "Login"
  3. If everything looks correct and sync still is not working, go to "Settings" on the iPhone home screen and to "Zenbe" > "Advanced". Turn on the "Reset Session" switch. This forces Zenbe Lists to re-login the next time you open it, and may help.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Visit the reset password page to request a password reset.

I have a Zenbe Mail account. Can I sync Zenbe Lists with my todo lists in Zenbe Mail?

No, Zenbe Lists is a stand-alone service. We do not offer syncing with lists in Zenbe Mail.

How do I close my Zenbe Lists account?

Send us a messae via our contact page. Please include your lists username and your email address.

What is your refund policy?

Per Apple, all sales from the iTunes store are final. We are not authorized to issue refunds. You must contact iTunes Support for any issues with purchases or downloads from iTunes.
